Gyro is Shadow and Maria's oldest child. They had triplets and Gyro is the oldest. All of Shadow's children can control Chaos power. Gyro is able to control Chaos power the most. He learns everything from his father. Maria named him Gyro because she learned the word while working in the lab and liked it. Gyro has his mother's kindness and his father's independence. Just like his father and Sonic, Gyro has a rivalry going with Rob.

Nova is the youngest of Shadow and Maria's triplets. She; the wildest one too. She doesn't like sitting still or Gyro and Hope's silence. Nova has spines just like her dad but she pulls them back in a hair tie. She also has the white fluff. Nova doesn't need to wear a shirt because the fluff covers her chest but she chooses (and Maria makes her) to wear a shirt. Nova just loves sugar. She pops a piece of hard candy in her mouth before running or a battle for a sugar rush. She gets her nickname of Sugar from that. Nova is scared of machines because, while she was little, one of Maria's robots went on a rampage and almost hurt her.

Hope is th middle triplet. She is a lot like her mom. She wants to work in a lab one day like her mom. But she also is able to control Chaos power. Hope is almost as good as Gyro. She's very careful when using Chaos power because she's afraid of not being able to competely control it. Hope is a nice girl who tries to fix everything without fighting first. Thought she doesn't like fighting much, Hope won't hold back.

EDIT: has a wonderful character named Gerald 'Gyro' Shade Robotnik tht is Shadow and Maria's son. i am not trying to steal her character. i liked the name and the color scheme of orange and black. just to clear stuff up. her Gyro was the inspiration for mine.
